Forty-five years in rodeo has paid off for Mike Fletcher, who holds titles including World Champion Saddle Bronc Rider and rodeo’s most coveted crown, All Around Cowboy. You’ll always find Mike surrounded by other competitors while he entertains with his extraordinary stories and encourages with his quick wit and positive attitude. However, his life has not always been lined with roses and gold buckles. The adversities that Mike has conquered and the last 20 years he spent in the cowboy ministry are the reasons that he is known far and wide not only as a winner in the arena, but more importantly a winner in life. The Louisiana ranch-raised cowboy has enjoyed many trips to the pay window, but his accounts of the pitfalls of the cowboy lifestyle make him one of today’s most talked about motivational speakers. Mike currently resides in Mineola, Texas where he and his wife, Darlene, train horses and oversee Spur On Ministries.
